🔵Meals
Since this is a multi-destination trip, we’ll mainly be dining along the way at restaurants or food spots located within the National Parks.

🔵What should everyone prepare for this trip?
Aside from cold-weather gear, you'll need a bit of physical stamina. Some hikes may last around 1–2 hours, or even 4–6 hours. At the very least, expect hikes of 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the seasonal itinerary and everyone’s ability.

🔵Payment Schedule
Andrew will collect a 50% deposit after you confirm your participation—this helps cover booking arrangements.
🔵30% will be collected in person on the first day of the trip in Calgary.
🔵The remaining 20% will be collected on the final day, also in Calgary.

🔵Meals
Everyone will take care of Andrew’s meals—3 main meals per day.

🔵Andrew will cover all group food and incidental expenses during the trip. On the last day, the total amount will be calculated and evenly split among all participants. Andrew will receive his share along with the final 20% payment.

🔵In previous tours, average food and incidental costs ranged from $300–$350 per person, though this can be lower depending on the plan and the group’s dining preferences.

🔵You're welcome to find your own tour group — each trip will have 4 participants/tour. You can post online or invite friends or family if you’d like to travel with people on the same schedule. Finding your own group has its perks: shared interests, similar travel styles, and outfit vibes — making the experience feel more comfortable and less awkward.

If Andrew does the matching, the priority will be based on matching travel dates. As for shared tastes or age ranges, that’s a bit of luck — if a good match comes up, Andrew will definitely pair you together.

🔵Sleeping arrangements *️⃣
During the first few days, the group of 5 will stay together in one house, with one bed per person. On the last day, it's 2 people per room with 2 queen beds.

🔵As mentioned in the packages above, the overall price largely depends on the sleeping arrangements.

🔵The weather in Banff can vary greatly depending on the season. Even in summer, mornings and evenings can be chilly, while daytime temperatures are milder. In fall or spring, it can get quite cold, especially during hikes at higher elevations. It's important to dress in layers and be prepared for sudden changes in temperature.

🔵From July to early September, average temperatures are:
-Daytime: around 18°C to 23°C (64°F to 73°F)
-Nighttime: can drop to 7°C to 10°C (45°F to 50°F)

🔵From September to November, average temperatures are:
-Daytime: around 5°C to 15°C (41°F to 59°F)
-Nighttime: can drop to -5°C to 5°C (23°F to 41°F)
